Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 PM ET on February 23, 2018. Cancellations made on or before the deadline will be refunded, minus a $150 administrative processing fee. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to info@cfunitedconference.org or via fax at (504) 327-5299. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the deadline, or for conference no-shows. Substitutions are accepted up until the start of the conference at no additional charge.
